BG9 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and BG9 ("Platform", "we", "us"). BG9 is an online sports betting and entertainment platform operating under a recognised international licence, providing services to users in Malaysia.

• Accurate and complete information: All information provided during registration and while using the platform must be truthful, accurate, current, and complete. Users are responsible for keeping their information up to date if any changes occur.
• Not listed on a self-exclusion programme: Individuals who have enrolled in any gambling self-exclusion programme are not eligible to use the BG9 platform.

BG9 reserves the right to request proof of identity verification at any time, including official identification documents (MyKad), proof of address, or any other documents deemed necessary to ensure compliance with eligibility requirements.

Registering a BG9 account is free and can be done through our website or mobile app. You will need to provide accurate personal details during sign-up, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address, and your date of birth.

• Passwords must be at least eight characters long and include a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.

• BG9 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by a user's own negligence in maintaining their account security.

BG9 reserves the right to verify a new member's identity through a KYC (Know Your Customer) process before permitting a first withdrawal or when a certain amount is reached. This process typically takes 1 to 3 business days and requires valid documentation.

BG9 offers a range of deposit methods designed specifically for the convenience of Malaysian users. All deposits and transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no hidden charges or currency conversion fees.

• Deposit funds: You confirm that all deposited funds are your own and are not derived from any illegal or unlawful activity. BG9 does not accept deposits made using third-party credit cards or accounts not belonging to the registered user.
• No interest: BG9 does not pay any interest on balances held in user accounts.

BG9 is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and efficiently. Your winnings belong to you, and we make sure you can access them without unnecessary hassle.

• Minimum withdrawal limit: RM50 per withdrawal transaction.
• Processing time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes to your registered Malaysian bank account or e-wallet. Withdrawals of larger amounts or those requiring additional review may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals may only be made to a Malaysian bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the BG9 account holder. BG9 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Wagering requirement: For withdrawals involving bonus funds, the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion's terms must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Identity verification: BG9 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding a certain threshold. This is a standard security measure to protect your account.
• Withdrawal suspension: BG9 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where there is an active investigation relating to the account in question, indicators of fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with any part of these Terms.

BG9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions stated alongside the offer. The general bonus conditions for BG9 are as follows:

• New member welcome bonus: A 100% bonus on your first deposit of up to RM500 is available to eligible new members. This bonus cannot be withdrawn as cash — it must be used to place bets that meet the minimum wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirement: All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements stated in their respective promotional terms. Wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 20x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
• One active bonus at a time: Members are eligible for one promotional bonus at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once BG9's system has confirmed and accepted it. You will receive a confirmation and a unique reference number for each accepted bet.
• Odds change: Odds may change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Bets are processed at the odds displayed at the time of final confirmation, not when you first make your selection. For bets that have already been confirmed, odds will not change except in cases of a clear technical error.
• Cancelled or postponed matches: If a match is cancelled before it begins, all bets on that match will be voided and funds returned to your account. If a match is postponed and not resumed within the timeframe specified by BG9, the same cancellation policy applies.
• Bet limit: BG9 sets minimum and maximum betting limits that may vary depending on the market type, tournament, and user account status. These limits are displayed during the bet placement process.
• Accumulator bets: BG9 offers an accumulator (parlay) system that lets you combine multiple selections on a single bet slip for significantly higher combined odds.
• Live betting: Live betting during an ongoing match is subject to additional conditions — odds are updated in real time and any internet connection delay may affect the odds you receive.

BG9 reserves the right to void or review bet outcomes if there is evidence that a match was manipulated, if incorrect information was used to set the odds, or if a clear technical error occurred within the betting system.

BG9 reserves the right to report any suspected illegal activity or fraud to the relevant authorities. All transaction records and account activity may be disclosed to authorities when required by law.

BG9 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failed identity verification or false information discovered.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity or misconduct.
• Instructions from legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Account closure requested by the member themselves.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms or fraud, BG9 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining balances, including deposited funds and winnings. If the closure is not due to any fault of the user, valid deposit balances will be returned following the appropriate verification process.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 business days, and any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

The BG9 platform is provided "as is" and BG9 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continued availability, reliability, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

• BG9 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical disruptions, internet connection failures on the user's end, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
• BG9 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses or damages suffered by users.
• BG9's total maximum liability to any user in any given period is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
• BG9 is not responsible for betting decisions made by users. All betting decisions are entirely the personal responsibility of the user.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the BG9 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between the parties involved.
